Indonesia is a nation rich in culture and arts diversity. The uniqueness and distinctive cultural diversity represents national identity and become one of the attractive factor in the global level.

Lentera Nusantara is a start-up company engaged in the development of digital content and technology-based research culture. The company was formed by some people known as lecturer and researcher at several well known university in Indonesia.

Each of us active in the field of research related to engineering, digital media and culture. Regarding the fact that we have the same mission, which is to reserve the richness of culture through media technology advances, we decided to form Lentera Nusantara as a digital content developer.

Indonesian cultural richness is one of the most essential aspect for us. Currently our team has developed some excellen products with
local cultural research content which integrated through digital media. This also used in some interactive museum development in Indonesia.

Through products whithin deep research, our team has participated in various exhibitions and awards, including the IndonesianDCreative
Product Weeks 2010, Indonesia Digital Media Festival, Inaicta, Indonesia Game Show, SOI Asia Technology,Tech in Asia, and Web summit Dublin.

Azizah Assattari (Creative Director | Founder)

Before establishing Lentera Nusantara, Azizah Assattari, the CEO of Lentera Nusantara, also as Creative Director of the company, worked as researcher and lecturer in art and multimedia field. The massive passion for cultural content and technologies inspires her and other co-founders of Lentera Nusantara to set up a digital startup engaged in culture and technology in 2016. In addition to the ‘Ghost Parade’ Azizah also continues to be determined to develop local culture into various IPs (Intellectual Property) to make it more global.

The Ghost Parade stories were originally Azizah’s research in her master degree. Ghost Parade is made to bring the message of how ghost story represents human ideology in one era. Realizing how local ghost stories, mythologies, and supernatural beings are very captivating, she believes hat the world needs to know  about this.

Simon has worked on AAA blockbusters such as Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, to more intimate, boundary pushing title like DONTNOD’s Vampyr.

In a career that spans over 25 years in the entertainment industry, and on that has encompassed music, stage and screen. He focused on writing after creating several successful Origins Award nominated tebletop games. He has written video games, screenplays, mobile games, non-fiction, game sourcebooks, magazine articles, and short fiction. Simon would more than likely do anything for
a good curry.

Kurt’s creative talent caught Ubisoft’s attention in 2005 and he was hired as a contract writer for the Might & Magic franchise. He became lead writer of the global IP and consultant for over a dozen house IP’s including Cal of Juarez, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles, Brothers in Arms and Imagine Online. He was commissioned by Ubisoft to conceptualize a boy’s version of the Lea Passion license published as Jack Powers. Founding partner of the interactive writing studio, Taliespin, specialized in IP creation, world design, and interactive narrative, several major studios have entrusted Kurt with their games and cross-media
properties; Ubisoft, Atari, Focus, Vector Cell, Don’t Nod, Chouquette Games, Spiders, PassTech and Cyanide, including triple A titles such as Ghost Recon, Skull & Bones, Might & Magic, Flashback and Remember Me.
